How to Hang Garlands on Staircases Using Nylon Fishing Line

Snow Fair Christmas Tree Shop  To hang a garland on the banister, start from the bottom of the stairs. Wrap the cord around one end of the garland and the top of the banister. Tie the cord in a secure knot to keep it in place.

Repeat the same process upstairs, at the other end of the garland.

Tie the center of the garland to the stair rail to create a draping effect.

 When the garland is secure, fluff the foliage to hide the nylon string.
